Requirements / Age Condition
All drivers MUST be at least 20 years old and must be a licensed driver for at least 2 years.The Renter agrees that he
or she is physically and legally qualified / licensed to operate the rented vehicle.
Prohibited uses
- The rented vehicle shall not be used to carry passengers or property for
hire.
- The rented vehicle shall not be used to carry passengers other than in the
interior or cab of the vehicle.
- The rented vehicle shall not be used to push, propel or tow another vehicle,
trailer or any other thing without the written permission of the Company.
- The rented vehicle shall not be used for any race or in any competition.
- The rented vehicle shall not be used for any illegal purpose.
- The Renter shall not operate the vehicle in a negligent manner.
- The rented vehicle shall not be operated by any other person other than the
Renter without the written permission of the Company.
- If Renter allows any other driver under the age of 20 years old to drive the
rented vehicle, the Renter will be fully responsible for all expenses relating to the rental car and any other
Vehicle involve in any type of accident.
Cancellation policy
All reservations will be confirmed but in case of cancellation a quick notice should be given.
Damage deposit
A fully refundable deposit of GHS300.00 depending on vehicle rented, is required. This amount will be used, in the
event of loss of or damage to the vehicle or equipment during the term of this Vehicle Rental Agreement, to defray
fully or partially the cost of necessary repairs or replacement.
In the absence of damage or loss, said deposit shall be credited toward payment of the Rental Rate and any excess
shall be returned to the Renter.
Return times
The Renter hereby agrees to return the rented vehicle to the pick-up/drop-off location as would be agreed upon.

All Runs and Errands Club members are by default entitled to a promotional benefits..
Driving Policy
- Unsettled bills attract 0.3% interest each day from the date the rent was
completed.
- The minimum rental day is 24 hours and vehicles are fully fueled upon pick up
and the Renter has to fully fuel it upon drop off.
- Upon breakdown our customer care centers should be contacted for assistance.
- All driving offenses would be accrued to the Renter.
- The Renter can drop off our vehicles in any of our offices in the country as
long as it agreed upon.
- With an extended rent duration, general cleaning and maintaining of oil/water
in the vehicle is the responsibility of Renter during the rental period.
